• PayPal e-mail (required)
• full name (optional, PayPal always makes it visible after the payment so I can just write it manually afterwards, but providing it beforehand helps make it faster)

• Is my name going to be kept private?
Yes. Only me and my accountant are going to be able to see it. It's required purely for the sake of tax papers needing proof that the transaction was made between real people.
• Are refunds with invoices still possible?
Yes. They're much easier to do than non-invoice refunds too! I've tested it before and the refund was immediate and required only two clicks.
• What is that text at the bottom of my invoice?
It's a quotation of the law that shows I'm not legally required to charge extra sales tax on my commissions. My accountant told me I have to include it in the details.
